7 Withdrawal

pk997 may complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Any withdrawal request may be put on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the related wagering conditions have been met.

9 Welcome Bonus

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn — meaning the wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

10 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
• Bonuses are for use within the pk997 platform only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus conditions are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• pk997 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

11 VIP Program

pk997's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. By playing regularly, you can advance to a higher tier and enjoy weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. pk997 has final authority over decisions relating to VIP benefits.

12 General Gaming Conditions

All games and betting services on pk997 are operated on fair and transparent principles. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality. Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game will be considered fraud and may result in account termination.
